We have done our best to post every order out within 24 hours by the chosen shipping method. Please note due to the Royal Mail strikes unfortunately some orders have been delayed and may not reach for Christmas. We are doing our best to respond to the many enquiries but responses may be delayed due to the huge demand at this time. Please check in your junk or spam emails for email messages from our site.

We post out several times a week and the usual method is Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 48. Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail Second Class. Larger items we use My Hermes or APC. Prices are shown at the shipping options at checkout.
